I need a mason to repair a crack on a party wall that runs from the parlor level to the second story. I imagine we need to place concrete in the crack and put caulking on top of it – this is what we did for a similar crack several years ago and we’ve had no problems since then. We shouldn’t need scaffolding, but the mason will need a big ladder. Does anyone have any good recommendations? If your mason has experience with roofing, please let me know, as we have a pesky recurring roof problem that we would also like a quote on. Also, has anyone had any experience with Keystone Contractors? They are coming to give us a quote.
