Video intercom installation cost for three units?

I’m also interested in something like this. (we have 6 units here in Brooklyn heights) Can you use existing 2 wire or do you need to open the walls and pull all new wiring?

Hi all, Does anyone know the approximate cost to have a video intercom installed for a three unit building, including wiring?  Also, any recommendations for security companies that offer Aiphone or another reputable brand? Thanks.
