Need a file cabinet lock picked- any (cheap) suggestions?

I have a file cabinet in the basement and I can’t find the key. I know I could call a locksmith from a key shop and they could do it for probably $80+ or more but this cabinet and its contents are barely worth that expense. However, I know this is a 5 minute (or less) job for someone with the right skills (I paid a locksmith once to have this done before), but also understand a locksmith shop needs to make it worth their while. Anyone know any handymen types who could do the job for maybe like $40 or something? Maybe someone who lives/works in the area and it’s convenient for them too? Located in Park Slope.

I can tell you how to drill this out. email me and we can communicate that way. also, there is a way to force the old ones open using a saw blade or piece of flat steel (not the type with the cam lock with a single lever that pops up). steve
