Rec for someone to install ceiling fan and electrical box

This is a relatively easy DIY.  Just go to Lowe’s / HD and get an expandable metal ceiling-fan hanger bar to mount the box on.   Any competent handy man could do this if you are not comfortable.

I am replacing a light with a ceiling fan, and I’ll need a new electrical box put in. (The current electrical box isn’t made for fans – otherwise, I would just do it myself).    Do I need an electrician for this, or would a general handyman work?  Can anyone recommend someone?

I used Paul Martinez at Paje Mechanical for a major job because he was the cheapest of four electricians that submitted bids. He’s a bit disorganized, so I don’t think I would hire him for anything major. But it’s hard to see how he could make too big a mess out of this. And like I said, he was the cheapest.
