Lawyer recommendation: New construction next door

We’re using Slater and Beckerman for a similat situation.  We think that that they’ve done a very good deal in representing us in negotiating an agreement with the developer.  Not cheap, but then no lawyers are. http://www.slaterbeckerman.com/

Hello there,
I am looking for a recommendation for a lawyer to represent a small, self-managing Brooklyn condo in our dealings with a new construction project next door. The developer has a number of things that they want from us including a contract that they would like us to sign and we want to make sure our interests are represented fairly. I have some contacts with real estate lawyers but am looking for someone who has dealt with similar situations. Thanks!
