Has anyone used Kurt Roth as an attorney when buying a townhouse and if so, were you happy with him?

Paul Deutsch handled a closing for our Carroll Gardens coop. He has extensive experience with colsings from very large condo/coop buildings. He handled all the details – applications, Aztecs, liason with the buyers lawyer  mortgage lender and sign and seal at he closing (I didn’t have to be present!) . He had the finished documents, corporate seal, etc back to me within 2 days. the whole thing was turn-key and flawless.
