Hi, I used Lynn Sculley for the purchase of my two-family in Bed Stuy three years ago.  She was also our lawyer 13 years back when we bought a co-op in Clinton Hill.  She was great, flagged all concerns about the contract, explained our options and answered our questions, and was a firm (but personable) negotiator with the seller’s attorney.
