What forms/disclosures to give to new tenants?

Hi All, I am a new landlord in Queens. We owned a 4-unit residential house. We will be looking (first time) for a new tenant. Can someone please let me know **what forms/disclosures that a landlord is required by law to provide to new tenants?** From my reading, EPA lead disclosure, and NYS sprinkler disclosure are required. Any other forms/disclosures that are required? Any other advises are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced, John.
