Online rent collection

Anyone have any good experience or suggestions for collecting rent online or affordable lockbox type solution? I’ve been having tenants deposit the rent to a bank account I had setup. It is working great, but the only problem is when I want to start an eviction I have no way of preventing them from depositing rent other than creating a new bank acccount # and not providing it to them thanks

Thanks for the input, signed up for eRentPayment.com and hopefully all my tenants sign up, some are not interested. I researched that sparkrent.com site. It’s nicer than the erentpayment, but there seems to be a lot of complaints as far as bugs, so decided to stay away since I want to make this as easy as possible for the tenants.

I use erentpayment.com too, for a condo. Easy to set up, has worked well, costs $3 / month which I pay. I don’t use a service for an 8-unit building because for $24/month $288/year I’d rather get rent checks in the mail and deposit them myself.

I use erentpayment.com. Easy to set up, in my account within 5 business days (could be faster but no promises) and good customer service. There may be better ones out there but I’m happy with that for now and so are my tenants.
