L&T court check

How do I run an L&T court check? How much is it? I saw older posts here recommending to do this on prospective tenants. Thanks!

Tenant screening services that run credit reports do them. You generally need to open an account with the company and they screen you to make sure you are running ID scams.You need to prove that you own buildings or are a licensed Real estate Broker etc. But yes it is much more revealing than just running their credit etc. Many times people have good credit by hedging their rent payments and landlords end up having to take them to court, or tenants that do not think a lease expiration is the end of their term and landlords need to evict them.
