insurance for LLC

if you have a mortgage, make sure the bank will permit the transfer to the llc. mine wouldn’t. a transfer without approval constitutes a default under the mortgage, which would permit the bank to foreclose.

It can depend on where it is, how old it is and is it a frame house etc. But I have all my rental properties with the Brownstone Agency. All are LLC’s. By far the most comprehensive for older properties and best value.
