R4 District, Detached home in queens, small house large lot, family looking to extend in any direction. Current dims if standing in front of property. Rear yard 30′-0″, Front yard 20′-0″ Right side yard 7′-7
“, Left side yard 36′-0″. I believe F.A.R. .75 with 20% bonus for attic. I quess my question is in what directions can my family extend or what are the minimum dimensions for the yards. I believe the rear yard must remain 30′-0″ & front yard can be 18′-0”. The lot is on dead end street, but in middle of corner house, & apartment building beyond on left. Any help would be greatly appreciated, & Thanks in advance..
