Has anyone used Home Depot to replace windows and what was your experience with them?.

My window installed was aluminium frame window . I had my window fit by [las vegas window repair](http://www.windows-las-vegas.com “las vegas window repqair”) . They have very experienced staff for this service . I just call them once and they came at the right time they given .

I’ve used Vila Windows. They are fast, reliable and have good prices. Not sure who they use to make the windows but I’ve only had aluminum windows installed by them. I’m happy with the results.

I used HD for replacement of a dozen Andersen windows last year & was very happy w/ the results.  The building isn’t landmarked.  For landmark windows I don’t think HD would be good.  The company I used for that has gone out of business.

Can highly recommend Windos We Are. I replaced 2 windows with clad wood ones. They gave me sevaral estimates as I kept changing my mind. Professional, on time, tidy. Hard to tell about price because I got one expensive window and one moderate.

I’ve used LWP and like them a lot.  They offer a lot of different window options and have always been very nice to work with.

I would NOT recommend Windows We Are….aparently their service has gone drastically downhill since everyone had been recommending them on here in years past. They were abosutuely horrific when they installed windows and a door at our place. Ony good part was the measuring….but then they lost the measurements and it was horrible experience from that moment on. Avoid!

I just had all of our windows replaced. Not landmark so used basic aluminum windows. Got a rec for All United Window Corp on Brownstoner (All United manufactures windows – very reasonablly priced. LWP was twice the price). Then got a couple of recs for installers from All United. We ended up using Today’s Window & Door Corp & they were fantastic – They did the entire installation in two days, cleaned everything up & even spent extra time custom fitting the capping to my curved window tops so that – from the outside- the windows still have an arch at the top (I couldn’t spent the extra $ on arched windows). I’ve only had my new windows for about a week, and everything seems to be sealed perfectly & working well. I’ll try to post pics.
