Need advice on insurance

We have Brownstoner Insurance, 6 unit building and its 10k for 3 years (well it was last time we signed up)….personally i think its reasonable BUT i’d be interested in shopping it around next time as we’ve never made a claim (at least not in the last 6 years i’ve been here).

Does anyone know of a good insurance company with reasonable premium to cover brownstone insurance?  We have a small mix-used building, residential + commercial.  Our insurance premium is going up so much that it becomes unaffordable.  We have never made a claim for the last 25 years.  Any info and/or suggestion appreciated!

I have just used Narrows Insurance Agency. They are great. I found a rate that was half of what I was paying Liberty Mutual.
