Homeowner's Insurance - need Recommendations

I would contact the Brownstone Agency as they have been providing insurance to this community for many years now – and they would have the expertise in true  replacement cost of your Brownstone.

Have been insured by Allstate for the last 26 years or so.  Our policy is up for renewal.
Was looking at the forum archives, but a lot were from 2010, so would like more current recommendations regarding home insurance.  Especially regarding cost per sf for replacement value. Thank you for any input you may provide.
