FEMA assistance to repair roof of condo

Our condo had a big chunk of its roof torn off in the storm.  Thankfully nobody was injured and, due to the light rain, there was only slight interior damage.   My question: Can the condo association apply for disaster assitance?  FEMA’s web page application is really geared to individuals.  Does the association need to apply as a business? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
