Know a good, thorough home inspector for a brownstone?

I used john gromkoski @ precise home inspection http://www.preciseinspector-ny.com/aboutus.html very detailed and has a thermal camera to dectect heat loss and other defects

Hello All, Looking for a good inspector/engineer to do an inspection on a brownstone we are trying to purchase.  Does anyone have recommendations/personal experiences with someone who fits this criteria?  Any suggestions appreciated!  Thanks!!

We used Marty Greenberg at Dominion Risk Management (marting@dominionrisk.com, 800-735-5935).  He spent a long time carefully inspecting the house, was very good at explaining both inspection issues and things we should know from a general maintenance standpoint, and gave us a complete report that was helpful even after we moved in.

Richard Perri is fantastic. http://richperri.com/Site/Welcome.html. He inspected our brownstone three years ago. Totally thorough and super-patient. Answered all our questions in plain English. Also showed up on time and didn’t rush anything. He’s a little more expensive than others, but totally worth it.
