Nail pop ups in staircase

Good morning, I have a nail that is coming up on one of my stair steps and was wondering how to get this fixed? I do not have easy access to my stair case so I would have to do this at the top of the step. Any ideas or resolutions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.
