Razor's Mechanical

I’m looking to replace my HVAC system. The condenser and air handler are both nearly 30 years old and operate using R22, which is now prohibited in the United States. I’ve received multiple proposals including one from Razor’s Mechanical. Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences with them?

Don’t know if that came out. They have 3 google reviews, none fresh. I don’t know anything about the firm. Large construction companies never seem to have much in the way of online reviews, but that’s likely due to the fact their clients are large – i.e. not residential homeowners.

By Online Presence I mean third, party neutral feedback. When a company has little feedback from clients online, it is usually not the best thing.

I usually find companies with little to no Online Presence to be a No Go. Back in the 90s and early 00s I found it acceptable for the trades but in 2022 you better have some information about the company, past projects and some third party client feedback as well.

After one exchange they told me to send all the info. After which they ignored me instead of saying they were busy or didn’t want to do the job. That was a bad sign which I interpreted as communication might not be smooth later on.
