Plumber for boiler compliance

I had a boiler replacement emergency just before the pandemic, and I got a recommendation for a plumber that turned out to be unlicensed. The installation went fine, but the administrative part went haywire when an elderly licensed plumber who was supposed to shepherd me through getting the boiler compliant got sick, then had his license expire. Another plumber who took up the job then suddenly had money problems and disappeared. I am looking for a dependable and honest plumber who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to take up this project to finally get my natural gas boiler compliant. Any recommendations would be very very appreciated. Permits have already been filed with and are on the books with the city. Thanks…

Vet some companies online, get a few different quotes and go with the one that you feel most comfortable with. Each one of those steps, if followed properly, would have avoided the above situation
