Looking for a reliable, responsive, Central Air Service Company/person -- Do they exist????

We have a Spacepak handler with a Unico Chiller (from back before Spacepak made their own Chiller, I am told).  The company that installed it is unresponsive.  I’m desperately seeking a company that will service this setup. Everyone I speak to does either Spacepak or Chillers but not both.  And those that do both don’t work in Brooklyn.  I don’t really get it and I am extremely frustrated and HOT.  We have a leak that needs to be found and fixed and I can’t believe there is no one in Brooklyn who can do this!!! I even got the Sales Rep from Spacepak to come out and they haven’t been able to put me in touch with any contractors that work in Brooklyn!!! Any advice? Palone says they don’t do Chillers.  Vigilante says they install Spacepak but don’t repair the units (!!).  Another guy told me that he needs a special coupling part (which he will not name) that he can’t get and has to replace my entire line with copper. Many companies in Yonkers, S.I., and Long Island say that they do work on both, but don’t travel all the way to Brooklyn.  Loosing my mind….

I’m sorry to say but there are very few residential HVAC contractors that I would trust to service a chiller unit.  Most install/service only direct expansion systems.  I would look into someone with commercial refrigeration experience.
