In search of new steam heat specialist

We moved to a new place this year and the heating system clearly needs to be rebalanced (banging, knocking, the whole lot). In our old coop, we had been using Gateway for the past 10 years and loved working with them. However, we haven’t been able to get them to respond to our phone calls this time around. We keep getting promised to receive a return phone call “in 10 mins” or “tomorrow”, but to no avail. Maybe they aren’t taking “new” customers, but at this point we’re looking for another referral. We’re well aware of the need to have someone that is very familiar with steam heat, so hoping to get some other steam specialist names from this community.

For what it’s worth, my office is kind of overwhelmed right now. Our Office Manager is out on maternity and the Autumn rush this year is off the charts for some reason. It’s not even cold! Anyway, if someone can’t get through to my office, they can always reach us via email. Everyone in the office gets that email and we respond.
