ductless HVAC

hi – i know a while back a user @firstslope noted they had been happy with a new ductless install (also used as primary heat). looks like that thread is closed, but i’d appreciate any recommendations for an installer. we’re looking to replace a traditional ducted AC with gas furnace system (four units) with mini-splits and heatpumps. thanks in advance.
