conversion to mini-split heat pump system

Hi All, we have a multifamily house currently heated with steam and cooled with window or thru-wall units. Looking to convert to a heat pump mini-split style system for heating and cooling. Does anyone have a recommendation for a HVAC company for consultation and installation? Also love to hear about any pitfalls etc. from homeowners who might have made a similar change. Thanks!
