UNICO System

Hello, I am wondering if anyone uses the UNICO HVAC system as their only source of heat in a townhouse in NYC. I think that is the direction we want to go but not sure if we need to have an additional source of heating for the cold months. Also, has anyone used/heard of Energy Mechanical? They were referred to me by a UNICO sales rep. To get the extended warranty from UNICO, you have to go with one of the few UNICO certified installers. The other 2 they recommended no longer work on private homes. Thanks
