HVAC Recommendation Needed

Hi there, we are in the process of purchasing a condo and need a recommendation for someone that can inspect an HVAC system. When we did the engineer’s inspection, the HVAC system was being repaired and he recommended we have an inspection with an HVAC expert before closing. Does anyone have any recommendations for reliable HVAC experts? We basically need someone who can come in, look at the system both in the apartment and in the building and make sure everything’s operating properly. Thanks in advance!
