HVAC fixer recommendations

hi – did you ever find anyone to help you with this? sounds similar to our situation – crappy installation on our current hvac system that we need to (at least partially) remedy… thanks!

We had one of the big local HVAC companies install a system for us about two years ago. They did, in general a crappy job and while we may just have to live with many of the shortcomings of the system for years to come there are a few that we’d like advice on how to best fix. There’s likely a leak in one of the coolant lines that needs to be isolated and possibly replaced. There are ducts on our roof which leak and need to be sealed better. We’re wondering if they can also be better insulated. They already have some insulation inside. They mounted a large honeywell filter on the roof. When it rains hard water gets in to the ducts through the filter. We’re looking for someone to come and evaluate the system, make some recommendations and likely implement them. Thanks
