Where to find 1 x 4 inch brownstone floorboards?

I’m having a hard time finding replacement floorboards for a couple of patch ups in my brownstone. Seems as though this size is not standard anymore. I’m looking for pine – 1 inch thick by 4 inches wide, tonge and groove.

Has anyone had any luck finding this, or know of a brownstone being renovated and stripping the old original floorboards that may sell me some?

Usually plentiful in dumpsters in front of flip jobs. Flippers tend to rip it out, we got quite a bit from a flip job nearby. Demo crews are usually happy to give you the stuff, since they don’t have to bother to toss it. Always makes me sad seeing what gets thrown out.
