The appliances you can get basically from anywhere. Usually developers have a preferred vendor. Since they are ordering in bulk, they get slightly better prices. Industry is low margin, so its not that big of a discount.

The hardwood, PID Flooring is a popular source. It’s almost always the engineered stuff (thin layer of real wood over plywood)

The kitchen cabinets, those are probably from china. There’s a bunch of places in college point you could find that style. Most developers use a kitchen subcontractor that ships it in from overseas by container.
