When your GC leaves the job before finishing...

Completion but our GC wants to remove himself from the project and associated permits even though we have been more than patient and supportive. I am looking for any piece of advice that could help us with this tricky situation as we still need to meet DOB and other inspection requirements. We will also be looking for a GC to complete that phase of the job.
