What surface material to use for cellar floor reno?

It depends on how you intend to use the space, your preferred aesthetic and budget. For a basic durable tile install, you might want to consider quarry tile.

We are sealing our brownstone cellar walls and would like to redo the floors while we are at it. If you have done it could you comment? What should we use? Tile? Epoxy? Any other surface matl?
