What is this type of retaining wall made of and where to get it?

I can do this sort of work, or anyone who does design build or hardscaping. There are two ways to achieve the look: – the real way, by buying thin fieldstones and stacking them; – the easy way, by building a retaining wall out of cinder blocks and using veneer. The price difference (and the time it takes) between option 1 and 2 is a factor of 2 or 3. Walked past a condo on 4th Ave near 8th St and saw this retaining wall. I think it is a stone veneer with a bluestone top- is that correct? Any idea where to get it or who might do it for our backyard? Thanks- And Happy 4th!
