Yeah, sounds like you’ll have to get the neighbours on-board with the repair work.

During the flooding on Friday, I found water pouring through a small hole in my brownstone’s cellar wall from my neighbor’s cellar. I’m thinking that I should have someone with brick and stone experience repair both sides (her cellar and mine) but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this.

It’s more common than ppl think, it’s hard to stop it unless you can persuade your neighbors to have a sump pump
