Update - IRON WORK

For those emailing me on the iron contractor who took cash up front from my wife and then disappeared (won’t respond to texts, calls or emails), I will continue to keep you posted. I am not referencing his name here per Brownstonwer guidelines (which makes zero sense to me, we should be able to warn each other about fraud and verbal abuse. But whatever). But he took down his Instagram account and still has a facebook site on Brownstoner. Anyone who needs iron work should reach out to me so i can warn you

He must have blocked me. He now sent a letter threatening to sue us for “libel”. Fortunately we have a purchase order validating he took ten thousand in cash from
My wife – no attempt to settle, no return of cash, no work performed and no response to emails. This is out and out fraud and put next step is to go after his insurance. Am warning all my neighbors. I have better things to do than chase a dishonest contractor but we are not going to let ourselves get robbed by this guy
