unlimited budget

I have the rare opportunity to work on a “green” heating and cooling system with an unlimited budget… three chillers (water and glycol) for cooling and low level heating, two HE boilers for heating and domestic heating at cooler temperatures. it switches to heating when the temperature drops …the drawback is that it is a complex control system…that is why i was called in

the beauty of the chiltrix chillers is that they are water/glycol based, way more environmentally friendly than mitsubishi r 410a units

It is a four stage control…the chillers work for cooling at a specified temp, … turn off when not needed, work as heating in mild chilly temperatures and switch to heating by the pair of navien boilers when the temperature is lower.. the heating /cooling is transmitted by six air handlers… a really elegant system
