Tip for crew?

We are nearing the end stages of having our house repainted, inside and out. Is it customary to tip the crew? And what’s a good rule of thumb or range for how much?

The crew at its peak was five, though often more like three. Most of the job was done in about a 3-4 week stretch, and the work is being finished intermittently over the next few days.
