Termites

I rely on orkin for most of these problems, although there might be some more local, family owned treatment locations near you. Orkin is fairly priced, but you might be able to find something better out there.

I am the new owner of a ~1900 townhome in south slope, with some (supposedly) minor, non-active termite damage. I would like to keep up with annual treatments. Can you recommend a good exterminator that specializes in termites?
