Has anyone removed a partial brick wall at the rear of your home that separates your brownstone from the home next door? Some people call them fire walls, but mine (it’s wholly on my property, btw) once supported a wooden tea porch off the parlor floor. I’m wondering whether the tea porch wall just butts up to my rear wall or if the brick is tied in to the rear wall. It’s coated and I can’t see that.
