Submitted a full ask offer
I submitted a full ask offer on a property yesterday which I feel like is priced correctly. The sellers agent has created 2 new open houses this week.

The sellers agents job is to get the best price & terms for the seller; their client..
Not necessarily to accept the first offer.
Make sure your offer has been correctly submitted & in full with as few contingencies as possible. (Mortgage contingency? include the per-approval. Subject to engineer inspection; name the inspector & offer to get it done before contract signing. You have a RE lawyer ready to go? Name them in the offer.
If you are working with a buyers agent, make sure it is one who is well respected in the market.

Without a fully executed contract, the agent will continue showing the house – as they should.

I guess they want a bidding war, but the house needs a lot of work & its priced fairly in my opinion.
