As we clean up our cellar after an Ida storm water backup flood, we are realizing how much deferred work we need to address. New floor; possible reinforcement of brick support arches; new stairs; etc. etc. We’d like to bring in a structural engineer to advise us before we talk to contractors. Any recommendations? Thanks.
