Staircase problem

I think you should go with AAAStairs if they are willing to do it. To repair three steps isn’t going to cause an amount of dust and disruption that you can’t handle, especially since you said you’d be doing the plaster work yourself. It’s going to be hard to find someone to take on such a small job and can do it properly and efficiently.

three steps on the interior staircase between my parlor and second floors are pulling away from the wall. AAAStairs will repair but they don’t clean up and they don’t really put plastic around all the areas that will receive a lot of dust. This is a very messy procedure. Is there a anyone who does this work and will prepare the area and clean afterwards. I know that plastering and painting is my responsibility. That is not a problem. Finding someone to resecure the stairs and do it properly is.
