Spot Waterproofing in Basement

Seeking recommendations for waterproofing. A small job in our Brooklyn basement. We have water during heavy rains in one spot, around a waste pipe that runs through the foundation, street-side.

I used hydraulic cement to repair a small leak like that–an easy DIY job.
