Smartest approach for building in basement? Flooring? Studs? Moulding? Doors?

Or are there any other waterproof materials to suggest?

We luckily didn’t get much water in our basement but we still want to be prepared for it as we prepare to finish our basement.

What are the best methods/materials that will hold up to water?
Tile for flooring? Or is vinyl tile fine?
Moisture-resistant drywall that stops 6” short of floor with plastic base moulding?
What about for studs- metal or pressure treated wood?
What about doors- metal instead of wood?

I’d appreciate any thoughts on this topic, I’m sure a lot of people are dealing with the same questions as they build back their basements.
