Short Handrail job

I need a rec for someone to install short handrails on the interior entry, about 4-5 steps. Need to make sure it is installed correctly so it lasts (plaster walls, in the studs, etc.
Nothing fancy, maybe something like this, where the wood is precut, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYBYzxsH8bs
