Sewage pump versus sump pump

Hi, I’m having a sump pump installed in the basement for water drainage, and asked for something to be very sure there will be no flooding (as best as possible). My contractor suggested a sewage pump with dual pumps (Liberty Duplex Sewage Pump). It looks like a high quality sewage pump but does anyone have any advice re a dual sewage pump versus a good sump pump with a backup pump (either battery or water powered)?
