Service contract for a gas boiler
FWIW I’ve found HomeServe to be OK for my 50+year old gas forced hot air furnace.

Looking for recommendations for a Brooklyn firm that offers boiler service contracts. Am wondering in particular about HomeServe, and whether anyone’s had a good/bad experience with them. On a related note: if you’ve got an opinion about whether it’s actually worth it to do a service contract for a relatively new (6-7 years) boiler I’d be interested in that as well. I skipped it last year and had no cause to regret it, but one never knows what’s coming…. Thanks.
