Section 8 rental advice

We had a S8 tenant several years back and while the experience was fine overall, you do have to be on top of paperwork and processes. Technically a lot of that responsibility falls on the tenant but the landlord definitely needs to support the process.
We would definitely consider renting to a S8 tenant again, even if that means reducing our asking rent to the maximum S8 payment.

We are considering doing a section 8 rental.
