roofing redo vs insurance company coverage

Allstate just sent me a letter that coming next year with my annual policy renowal, the coverage for roof damage will be reduced due to the age of the roof. It will be a 10-year-old roof next year. My issue is that the roof is guaranteed until 2023. So will I be forced to put in a new roof to appease Allstate…before my guarantee is up? I have asked Allstate to explain.
