Roof Inspection

I will stick my neck out here and self promote only because it comes with a benefit to the wider community and CitizenJane:

Per another discussion on this board, CitizenJane has reached out to me. She has asked me to do a roof inspection on her house on Monday, mid afternoon. I have dropped my price a little for her as i have done some work for her in the past BUT if someone in Bed Sty (or ridgewood as i pass through there to get to brooklyn) were to have me do a roof inspection on their house on Monday late morning, I would be willing to drop my price for CitizenJane to $500 and do the second one for $500. I will not be dropping these prices to $500 for much longer.

Roof inspections at this price can come with some (minimal) leak detection. I do carry moisture meters and thermal imaging (i don’t need the thermal imaging on these houses- it was a waste of money). for more extensive leak work, i have to get a little more.

i appreciate the support this community has continued to provide me as my businesses have evolved over the years and as i have aged out of a prior career. i am happy to give back when i can.
