Renting Luxury Furnished Brownstone

This wouldn’t help with management, and you would more likely end up with a 1-year rental than 2, but you could list the house on sabbaticalhomes.com.

Neighbors, we are contemplating trying to rent our recently renovated brownstone in Park Slope. It is furnished nicely; we set this up as our family home (not a rental).

Has anyone had any luck using a corporate relocation firm to help find responsible long-term renters (2 years +) for your home? Obviously, we can engage the services of a large real estate agency, but I’m wondering if folks have had luck getting paired with companies looking for places for their employees, or other similar services to rent their single-family home that have avoided the need for a traditional broker. We would ideally like to rent it furnished but could move our furnishings to storage if necessary.

Alternatively, if you have recently used an excellent management company that has also taken on finding tenants for single-family homes in Brooklyn, that too would be helpful to hear about. Any tips would be welcome and appreciated. Thank you! James
